Terms of Use

Use the prices, charts and calculators for your own planning, research or reporting.

The data

• Prices are averages published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration, repeated here as published. They are not quotes from any dealer and not forecasts.
• We work to copy them correctly and promptly, but EIA can revise figures and we can make mistakes. Check important numbers against EIA’s own tables.
• Calculator results are estimates from the numbers you enter.

Paid plans

Winter Price Alerts and the Full History Pack are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. There is no subscription and no automatic charge. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store card numbers. Refunds follow the refund policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will be free of errors or always online.
